An unscheduled outage of the PRODUCTION TerraStar eCommerce System (TeCS) was experienced today, Tuesday 2nd July 2019, between 03:25 UTC and 07:05 UTC. The total duration of the outage was 3 hours, 40 minutes. The incident is currently being investigated in order to find the root cause.
Access to the TeCS web and machine to machine (M2M) interfaces was not possible during this time, however, access has now been restored. Any attempts to log in or process transactions will now be successful.
A further message will be posted upon the completion of the investigation.
